Why Do We Need a Mini-Cassia Humane?

Listen to local leaders explain why we have this need, and how it will help. Burley, Rupert, Paul, and Heyburn have come together to work on building a joint owned and operated animal shelter. We already have a land donation from Heyburn, $300,000 seed money from the Gelling Trust, and $200,000 earmarked from the City of Rupert. But, we need one million more to reach the $1.5 million dollar cost to build this beautiful and efficient building for animals without a home in Mini-Cassia.
